Yesterday, Avonlea and I made the drive north to attend the annual reunion picnic for all the clients of our homebirth midwives. For almost four whole hours, I got to mingle among other families like mine, who don’t always follow the beaten path and like me, know what it’s like to be different. It was amazing to see so many babies and not a bottle in sight, mamas freely nursing their babies, holding them close in slings. And not a single flabbergasted person blurting out, “You gave birth WHERE?!”
Yeah. It was nice.

Im totally confused after reading information on this site, and other websites and blogs. Which supplement, or nutritional supplements, should you actually be taking? One site says x is good for you, the other says it wastes your muscles, dont listen to them. Can anyone sort through the marketing hype and deliver actual honest feedback on good supplements to use?
