My kids are sick – again, not still – because they WERE on the tail end of this crap until this morning. And now, it’s ba-aaaack! Preschool germs for the win. I just got finished consoling one child with a head full of snot hindering his breathing and dumping black cherry concentrate down the other’s throat in an attempt to quell his cough enough for him to sleep. Weeeeeee! This is fun!
Oh, and I’m sick too. Sinus infection, in the form of a throat so sore that my fat ass can’t even manage to choke down a donut because of the pain. And that’s saying something, because I really love donuts. I won’t even BEGIN to tell the tale of how I waited an hour and a half at the doctor yesterday and didn’t even get seen, and how I called her mean names and talked bad about her mama told her just how ticked I was at her staff for sucking so hardcore when she called me back later in the day.
So, anyway, roll all that up into a nice fat package and it equals lack of blogging and lack of sanity. I hope, HOPE, that I will be back to my regularly scheduled programming shortly.
